**Context**:
Worldline is best known as European leader in the payment industry. Worldline is also the editor of Worldline Contact, a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution that helps banks, retailers and government bodies to manage their customer relationship. Worldline equips call centers for large customers in Europe with its solution.

To support the strong ambitions of this key product for Worldline, we’re looking for a Solution Manager to support Presales & Consulting activities.

**Role and missions**:
In a nutshell, your role will be to build the best technical solution for new integration projects that embed our Worldline Contact product.

You will report to the Presales & Consulting Manager.

You will be a key player in the core response team together with the Bid Manager, the Business Analyst, the Project Manager and the Sales representative in

order to:
**Understand the client’s needs**
You will work with the core response team to qualify the RFP and understand how technology will answer the client’s business needs.

**Design the solution**
In order to design your solution, you will work with other Worldline entities that will bring technical components, internal or external cloud providers, an Integration Project Manager, the Security Officer and other stakeholders as needed.

**Calculate the costs**
You will calculate costs, put together a planning and have all that validated by the Integration Project Manager that will take on the project after it’s won.

**Defend the tender**
You will actively participate in the oral tender defense.

**Capitalize**
You will formalize all your learnings to capitalize on each tender to facilitate future ones.

**Support Integration Project teams**
You will facilitate the transition with the Integration Project team.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- You have an engineering background
- You have 5+ years of experience in an IT company as Project Manager or Solution Manager
- You have some knowledge and/or experience in presales activities
- You are curious and eager to ask for help and guidance
- You have leadership skills that you can demonstrate through past experiences
- You understand that technology is only a mean to meet the client’s needs
- You thrive working in a VUCA environment
- You are result oriented
- You’re looking for a solution when others see a problem
- Your English is almost as good as your French
- You have 3 years of experience on a CCaaS project or product
- You have a strong experience in presales activities
- Your English is just as good as your French
