You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and help drive revenue growth across our international portfolio.Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Business Development and SalesResponsibilitiesManaging the entire sales cycle, from prospecting, through opportunity identification, to closing the saleUtilizing CRM and networking tools (Dynamics 365, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, …) to identify, follow‑up leads and set‑up meetingsCreate & develop your own commercial business in line with the company strategyCoordinate and support with Sales colleagues and Marketing in other locationsKeep up to date with company products and servicesNetwork with industry professionals and stakeholdersInitiate initial contact with inbound leads/prospectsMaintain daily input and data quality in the CRMParticipate in events and fairsDevelop genuine knowledge of prospects’ businesses and become a trusted advisorReport to the Sales DirectorRepresent and demonstrate the company values, vision, and missionQualificationsPreferably hold a degree in engineering or equivalent experienceStrong sales instinct with a proven track record in selling engineering services to industrial companies (Process automation, MES/MOM systems, Data Solutions, or equivalent)Attentive listener who discovers pain points, creative thinker to develop fit solutions, and an ambitious achiever to turn opportunities into businessTeam player who works closely with technical sales and account managersActive network or ability to seek new opportunities to enlarge your network and impactOrganized, structured, and able to maintain a strategic overview of required status and next stepsGo‑getter, deal‑hunter with strong negotiation skillsAble to work autonomously and proactively, managing client relations at a high levelFluent Dutch, French & English required; knowledge of another European language is a plusBased in AntwerpWhat We OfferA challenging and rewarding work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageFlexible time schedule with the possibility of working from home two days per weekAG Solution is an inclusive and diverse company committed to creating a work environment where all can thrive.
