Our client, based in St Tropez, France, is seeking a Facilities Manager / Gardener on a full-time basis. This is a secondary residence, so the family only visit on occasion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Minor repairs and maintenance of all buildings and objects in the house and on the property
- Technically versed (high-end technology throughout the whole residence - heating, ventilation, sanitation)
- Supervision and coordination of craftsmen
- Maintenance of the entire private garden area including lawn and plant care, watering, keeping the pool area clean and all work required to maintain the garden and driveway
- Maintenance of the vehicle fleet (manual washing of vehicles and refuelling)

**Must haves**:

- Many years of professional experience as a Facilities Manager / Gardener
- Excellent references from previous employers
- Independent and proactive way of working
- Valid EU passport
- Valid drivers licence
- Willingness to work at the weekends and during holiday season, when technical problems occur
- High level of discretion, reliability, and responsibility
- Independent and proactive way of working
- Fluent in English and/or German preferably

- Holidays: 26-30 days per year
- 40 hours per week
