Customer Service Technician

Responsible for the calibration, testing, and repair of customer equipment, including involvement in customer cases (technical support).
**In this role, you will**:
- Perform preventive maintenance on electromechanical equipment to ensure their proper functioning;
- Conduct fault diagnostics, carry out necessary repairs, and perform final quality control checks;
- Ability to analyze mechanical and electrical schematics, identify faulty components, and potentially devise technical workarounds in collaboration with our R&D department;
- Conduct maintenance and/or repair operations on-site for certain clients;
- Ensure traceability of each intervention through clear and precise documentation;
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing superior quality service;
- Maintain production and quality standards in accordance with company norms;
- Communicate any irregularities regarding maintenance procedures;
- Perform any other technical tasks related to customer service.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Associate degree electronics, computer repair;
- +3 years in a similar role;
- Certification and demonstrated skills in through hole and surface mount soldering and rework;
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair sensitive electronics and electro-mechanical equipment;
- Ability to multi-task, employ effective time management, and work independently with mínimal supervision;
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers regarding service orders, quotations & support cases;
- Ability to work with technical sales specialist and sales managers;
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency using MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Ability to work in a multicultural and decentralized organization;
- Experience with NDT products and/or materials evaluation equipment a plus;
- Familiarity with networking a plus;
- Availability for occasional travel.
