Sephora operates 2.7k stores and a thriving digital commerce business in 36 countries across the globe. Today, resources are region and country based; with consumer expectations more demanding and quickly evolving we have an opportunity to build a globally led function to accelerate our growth agenda and create more opportunities for synergies and global direction.

The **Global Strategic Project Manager** will work directly with the Global Chief Brand Officer and his leadership team to help create and drive the global brand strategy for Sephora.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**
- Support the Global Chief Brand Officer in establishing global brand strategies and initiatives.
- Drive market analysis, benchmark assessments and best practices to help drive strategic recommendations on key brand priorities.
- Establish & track global and regional performance metrics in collaboration with regional partners.
- Lead the creation of presentations/reporting for key business stages (internal and external such as budget, strategic planning, monthly leadership updates).
- Create benchmark analysis on functional expertise and ways of working across geographies, leveraging internal and external best practices.
- Participate in the acceleration of key functional capabilities, such as our global CRM and Loyalty programs, customer acquisition or full funnel media best practices.
- Drive the global brand health tracking studies and key competitors analysis.
- Partner across functions and regions and foster overall collaboration on projects in scope.

- A strong educational foundation.
- 5+ years’ experience in consulting &/or strategic planning.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to_ _gather, analyze and make sense of complex or incomplete information to solve problems. Able to decide and act quickly and effectively without having the “full picture” in hand.
- Strong track record of getting things done with speed, agility and grace in matrix or complex organizations.
- Innovative thinker and digital and social native with a bias for entrepreneurship and getting things done.
- Broad business experience with exposure to various organizations or ways of working.
- Strong data analytics skills with the ability to gather, view and analyze all forms of information in details and from different perspectives.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build compelling narratives, to demonstrate a high level of creativity and to project confidence.
- Ability to influence and engage various stakeholders at multiple levels across the organization and without direct reporting lines.
