**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Regional Manager eVTOL operations France / Italy.

**The position is initially limited to a duration of 18 months, but with the potential for an unlimited contract afterwards.**

You key duties and responsibilities will be:

- Implement and setup fully operational stations on vertiports incl. ground operations, maintenance and supply chain in the regions
- Secure compliance, quality and the fulfilment of all technical, organizational and personal requirements for ground operations and maintenance according VCAS rules, regulations and procedures
- Oversight on safety and security matters in the region
- Assure on time performance and delivery of SLA agreements with VC Market organization
- Performance management of local suppliers
- Setup of inner city supply chain for parts and materials between the different stations
- Support in sourcing local staff and team, organize necessary trainings
- Consulting and support Volocopter Air Services Management in regards to local business processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Aviation, Engineering or Industrial business management
- Leadership Experience in a P-145 Organization for 5 years or more
- Project management and planning skills
- Ability to quickly analyse problems and take bold decisions.
- Assertiveness and target focus
- customer orientation
- Highly communicative and negotiation skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- French / Italian language skills
- Flexible and open for travel, especially in Europe
