You join the Central Compliance Regulatory Conduct team as a Compliance Officer.
Your daily duties are to:
- Ensure central supervision and coordination of the global management system of the Global Financial Services (GFS) division, in connection with all stakeholders in the Three Lines of Defense (global businesses, international locations, other Compliance functions, Risk and Human Resources functions, etc.);
- Develop an integrated and forward-looking vision of conduct risks associated with GFS activities, and identify and coordinate the actions required to proactively increase the level of maturity of the management system, taking into account changes in the regulatory environment and sectoral practices;
- Coordinate the governance of the conduct system, ensuring consistency, effectiveness and efficiency;
- Contribute, in a Second Line of Defense role, to internal initiatives in the areas of conduct and risk culture;
- Contribute to the work related to related cross-functional systems coordinated within the Regulatory Conduct division (in particular, reputational risks and whistleblowers).
This position involves an international exposure to Natixis' various businesses.

With a higher education, you have at least 10 years of experience in similar positions, at least half of which have been acquired at a leading international financial institution or a financial sector regulator.
You are familiar with:
- Financial regulation and its challenges;
- The CIB business lines.
You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:
- Rigorous;
- Comfortable with teamwork and coordination.
You master English with a C2 level.
