**Mission**:

- The Facilities & Logistics department is part of the HR Business Line and has teams based in Paris, Brussels, Luxembourg and London.
You will be part of the Paris team.
- The French Branch comprises around 250 people (employees, external consultants, interns) based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.

Working time is hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week.

**Responsabilities**:

- Key Responsibilities:
- Office Coordination: managing all aspects of day-to-day facilities such as ordering office supplies, assist visitors, fleet management, printing services, catering services, building management, travel management.- Ticket management: follow-up and manage employee’s requests.- Being the single point of contact for vendors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, security,).- Telecom Services: activation and follow-up of telecom subscriptions.- Key contact within the Onboarding process, assuring that all employees receive adequate and personalized package: mobile, access badge and office equipment.- Project Management: coordination of move requests and refurbishment.- Real Estate: manage relationship with landlord.- Experience in Health & Safety, fire marshal and first aid.- Manage intruder alarm.- Review and improve internal processes.- Travel: Manage travel platform and renew hotel contracts.- Understand and review contracts with various stakeholders.
