Notre TechCenter de Brières-Les-Scellés (91) recherche un ou une Apprenti/e Deputy Quality Engineer - Warranty & Customer care_**
Avec un portfolio de produits innovants et intégrés dans nos sièges, Faurecia propose des missions pour développer des compétences dans la Qualité et l’industrie automobile:
- Suivre les indicateurs qualité client et proposer un dashboard pour le Management et satisfaction client (e.g. Systèmes Renault, Forvia, etc).
- Supporter les analyses qualité des retours garantie avec nos équipes engineering et qualité (dans nos laboratoires, sellerie, usines, etc); ce qui permettra un développent des connaissances produit, processus et systèmes qualité.
- Animer la démarche de Lessons Learned et Transversalisation entre la garantie, la vie série et les programmes avec un objectif de prévention de risques.
- Déplacements éventuels à prévoir sur les sites de production dans le cadre des projets et pour formation sur les différents métiers (produit, qualité, manufacturing, production, etc).

Profil :_**
- Formation BAC +4/5 en parcours ingénieur (généraliste, industriel, mécanique ou électronique)
- Contrat en alternance d’une durée d’un an
- Rythme d’alternance souhaité : 3 semaines en entreprise et 1 semaine à l’école ou 2 jours à l’école et 3 jours en entreprise
- Maîtrise du pack Office, Excel avancé (tableau dynamique et idéalement macros, PowerBI).
- Très bon niveau d’anglais
- Autonomie et force de proposition
- Compétences techniques : Qualité, analyse des donnés/Statistiques, outils de résolution de problèmes, AMDEC.
