**AB Testing Specialist Intern (F/M/D)**

**6 months internship, starting in September, based in Paris**

**About the role**

Vestiaire Collective is looking for an** AB Testing Specialist Intern**, to join the Data Team. This is a full-time role based out of our Paris office reporting to the AB Testing Product Manager.

**What you'll do**

You will be responsible for managing the AB Testing pipeline, facilitating the end-to-end testing process and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Be an advocate of best practices supporting Data Product Analysts and Product Managers to make sure guidelines are being rigorously followed (specially on planning and evaluating experiments)
- Partner with key stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Design and Operations to plan and execute the launch of new features
- Ensure experimentation metrics alignment with collectives goals (and ultimately business goals)
- Manage ad-hoc requests from DPAS/POs/PMs on AB Testing-related matters such as checks, debugging and exploratory analysis on suspicious results
- Support the creation of templates, processes and tools to facilitate AB Testing projects across teams
- Develop and document testing processes to further increase testing quality and rigor
- Market research on AB Testing competitors and new practices/tools that might help us scale our experimentation capabilities

**Who you are**

We are looking for an analytical profile who can develop strategies based on customer data and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Currently enrolled in a Master degree in Engineering or other similar field
- Strong intellect backed by good product instincts
- Strong knowledge of appropriate product performance metrics and data-driven decision making
- Familiar with AB Testing frameworks and best practices (e.g. hypothesis definition, KPIs, sample size, AB Testing alternatives)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience using SQL
- Familiar with data warehousing (e.g. Snowflake) and BI tools such as Tableau
- Excellent communication skills (e.g. Verbal and written) and organizational skills
- Team-player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Fluency in English is a must
