Dans le cadre de sa transformation et de son évolution, notre client, responsable d'un service de cybersécurité d'un grand groupe international cherche à renforcer ses équipes.
Rattaché directement au Head of du Service IAM, le consultant devra être en mesure d'accompagner le service en transverse dans la gestion du portefeuille projet.
**Objectifs**: suivre l'exécution des projets.
accompagner les products managers et gèrer les risques(complience, sécurité).
Introduire les méthodes agiles à l'échelle (scaled agile)
Consultant sénior avec une expérience en PPM
expérience en gestion de projets en environnement agile.
une expérience en tant que scrum master ou release train coordinator (RTC)
compréhension des enjeux agiles
gestions des risques et pragmatisme
excellent soft skills, écoute, capacité à chercher l'information, motivation.
