We are looking for a senior UX Writer/Content Designer **_for one of our investment products_** **_(B2C AI)_**.**The product is revolutionizing AI role-playing apps in the USA market. **Your main tasks will be**: - Write and edit UX copywriting for new features, including product names, calls to action, headlines, navigation elements, and error messages; - Collaborate with the marketing and retention teams to create optimal UX solutions; - Develop and refine text in accordance with the tone of voice; - Handle push notification content; - Develop a "red policy" (guidelines for communication with clients); - Conduct research and suggest improvements; - Conduct A/B testing of hypotheses based on text solutions; - Create negative scenarios in raw video format; - Set up various forms of communication with customers; - Work with the design team to address negative customer experiences; - Partner with the ML team to train bots; - Manage the localization process. **We expect from you**: - Level of English proficiency C1+(Bilingual proficiency in American English will be a plus); - 3+ years of experience in UX copywriting within a user-centered design process; - Experience in the UX design, marketing, or retention industry; - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools; - Proficiency in using Figma for writing and editing; - Understanding of UX research principles and methodologies; - Senior-level communication skills; - Ability to work independently and autonomously. **What do we offer**: - **REMOTE OPPORTUNITY** to work full time; - ** Vacation** 28 calendar days per year; - ** 7 wellness days per year** (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave; - ** Bonuses up to $5000**for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company; - Full payment for **professional training, international conferences and meetings;**: - Corporate discount for **English lessons;**: - **Health benefits.**According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee.
