Responsabilités et missions / _Missions and responsibilities_:
FR
- Développer des procédés de purification pour la fabrication de biothérapeutiques.
- Transférer les procédés vers des installations de fabrication clinique et commerciale.
- Développer des technologies visant à réduire les coûts et améliorer l’efficacité des procédés de purification.
- Communiquer clairement et efficacement les informations scientifiques, les plans expérimentaux et les données.
- Rédiger des instructions de travail, des protocoles, des rapports et des présentations en anglais, en résumant, organisant et interprétant les résultats expérimentaux, avec validation par les membres appropriés de l’équipe.

- _ Develop purification processes for biotherapeutics manufacturing._
- _ Transfer processes to clinical and commercial manufacturing facilities._
- _ Technology development to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of purification processes._
- _ Clearly and effectively communicating scientific information, experimental plans, and data._
- _ Maintaining the purification lab in compliance with the internal started._
- _ Maintaining the consumables for purification team._
- _ Authoring work instructions, protocols, reports, and slides in English which summarize, organize, and interpret experiment results with review by appropriate team _members._

Connaissances et compétences / _Knowledge, skills and abilities_:
FR
- Expérience des opérations de chromatographie, y compris l'utilisation des systèmes de chromatographie ÄKTA.
- Expérience/connaissance des opérations de filtration, y compris l'exécution de filtrations en fin de ligne à l’échelle du banc, la filtration virale, l’ultrafiltration/diafiltration (UF/DF) et la filtration sur profondeur.
- Une expérience des systèmes de développement de procédés à haut débit est un atout.
- Une expérience/connaissance de la chromatographie en colonnes multiples est un atout.
- EN_
- _ Experience with chromatography operations including using AKTA chromatography systems._
- _ Experience/knowledge with filtration operation including executing bench-scale dead-end filtration, viral filtration, UF/DF, and depth filtration._
- _ Experience with high throughput process development systems is a plus._
- _ Experience/Knowledge with multi column chromatography is a plus._

Expérience et formation / _Experience and education_:
FR
- Master en ingénierie, biochimie, biotechnologie ou domaine connexe avec 0 à 5 ans d'expérience.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, essentielle.
- EN_
- _ Master’s degree in engineering, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or related field with 0 - 5 years of experience._
- _ Proficiency in both verbal and written English is essential._
