**Practicalities**
- Starting: April 2025 for 6 months — 35 hours/week from 9:00/17:00
- The internship allowance is €850 per month
- You will work from our office in Central Paris

Experts in student housing since 2014, Studapart continues to grow in France thanks to our 170 partnerships with schools and universities across the country As a Partnership Assistant, you'll have the chance to take full ownership of your work and make a real impact from day one.

**Your team**

You will join the BtB team within Studapart, which consists of 10 people. You will work closely with Julien and Fiona, Account Managers, and report to one of them. You will be at the heart of the company's operations and challenges for 2025

**Your role**

**Account Management**
- Clients reach out: you will handle incoming requests and coordinate with various teams (Operations, Product, Marketing).
- Data analysis: follow weekly customer activity, identify trends and reports, and update data.
- Support in scheduling meetings with our partners and training them on the tool.

**Customer Success**
- Addressing specific requests from tenants sent by our partner schools and universities to guarantee a successful housing experience for students (help with searches, disputes, etc.).
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure requests are properly followed and resolved (identifying suitable housing, processing refunds, etc.): reminders, follow-up meetings and reports to both Account Managers.

**Your profile**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree level (Bac +3/4/5) - gap year or end-of-studies: versatile background in business/management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Good autonomy and organization.
- Belief in Studapart's product and vision
- A first experience in account management or BtB relations is a plus.
