IT Risk and Governance Manager (Saint-Ouen (Paris), 93, FR, 93400)

**Key responsibilities**

Reporting to the Head of WI and Lifecycle management in the global IT Function of Allianz Partners, the IT Risk and Governance Manager develops and implements the overall framework for the identification, assessment and mitigation of ICT risks throughout the IT delivery model, in collaboration with relevant business and governance stakeholders at Allianz Partners and Allianz Group level.

Through this role, you will have the main following responsabilities:

- Define, develop and implement IT governance and risk frameworks, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Allianz group IT standards, IT industry standards and IT regulations.
- Establish a risk tolerance level for ICT risks in accordance with the risk appetite of Allianz Partners.
- Be responsible for completing the annual ICT Compliance Self-Assessment in accordance with Allianz Group Standards.
- Ensure the design of effective risk controls and mitigate identified risks within IT delivery. Further support in risk remediation solution building activities.
- Be responsible for scoping of inherent ICT risks of Allianz Partners' Business Applications in collaboration with the respective business owners.
- Assess and influence change in the ICT risk environment in collaboration with respective risk owners.
- Maintain a comprehensive ICT risk register to identify, track and remediate ICT risks of Allianz Partners in line with the requirements of global regulations such as the Digital operational Resilience Act (DORA).
- Oversight role in ensuring that the inventory of all ICT assets (retained and externally provided) is centralized and current.
- Assure preparedness of each line of defence in accordance with Allianz's group IT standards, and facilitate internal & external ICT audits by consolidating required documents and data.

**What you bring**
- Proven track record of ICT risk management responsibilities: frameworks, methodologies, and best practices, by preference with outsourced ICT delivery.
- Demonstrate interaction with various stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and senior management, to convey ICT risk-related information effectively.
- Adaptability and flexibility: Able to work in a global, dynamic and evolving IT environment, adapting to changing requirements and priorities while maintaining a focus on IT governance goals and objectives.
- Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and take ownership of the IT risk management process within the organization.
- Capability to handle complex IT systems and networks, assess various types of risks, and assist in implementing appropriate controls.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills are crucial, as the role involves making decisions about activities, risks, estimates, and other challenges.
- Certification for relevant frameworks and regulations (e.g. DORA, ISO 27001/27002, COBIT, NIST) is an asset.
- Fluent in English and good verbal and written communication skills.
