Ai Business Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced AI Business Program Manager to lead our AI projects and ensure successful transformation in line with our strategic objectives. The AI Business Project Manager will play a pivotal role in our AI Transformation program, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and change

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

In order to ensure a proper coordination, governance & delivery of this program, and to secure its success, we are looking for a PM combining a strong drive, highly developed organization skills, a strong taste for innovation & change as well as the ability to manage complex projects & organizations.

The Program Manager will be responsible for:

- Carrying out successfully the coordination of the program: resources, milestones, risk
- Managing the overall governance (AXA Group Strategic Programs Committee (involving AXA Group MC members), Program Steercos (involving AXA Partners ExCom representatives: head of regions & COO)
- Defining project planning & project governance together with our Delivery Partner and AXA Partners Geographies including the project scope authority
- Coordinating and supporting various teams involved to make sure goals and objectives are being kept and aligned with AP budget and AP Strategic Plan
- Tracking deliverables and challenging them
- Monitoring and reporting periodically on project progresses in its various dimensions
- Preparing ad-hoc global presentations for top management including AXA Partners ExCom and syndicating messages with various stakeholders
- Organizing exchanges with Geos to follow roll out plan and leverage best practices (monitor and address risks)
- The PM will work in close relation with a wide range of internal stakeholders (Global & local AXA Partners entities involved) and external.

**Your Profile**
- 5-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in consulting or project management roles, preferably in the insurance or assistance industry.
- Degree level qualification in business topics including finance, strategy, etc
- Strong appetite for innovation
- Proven success in delivering international complex projects
- Experience of coordinating others to deliver on projects/tasks
- Experience in agile way of working highly appreciated
- Strong project management, project delivery life cycle and methodologies skills.
- Well-developed quantitative analytical skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication in French and English
- Pragmatic, solution oriented, with high quality delivery focusing on details and using logical reasoning
- Comfortable in a high performance, fast paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to win key stakeholders buy-in in a consensual manner and to escalate smoothly to the right governance any significant blocking point
- Strong impact, influencing and interpersonal skills
