**Job description**:
Reporting to the Campus Manager, your missions will be:
Organize, coordinate and participate in events and actions in Mantu's priority engineering and business schools to attract interns and V.I.E. students for the Group's various brands and improve Mantu's employer branding.
- Organize, coordinate and/or participate in student activities (case studies, conferences, company presentations, office visits, etc.).
- Select, organize and/or coordinate relevant school forums in connection with our target schools.

Manage the network of internal ambassadors in collaboration with the Campus Manager:

- Solicit ambassadors for school initiatives.
- Recruitment:

- Prequalification calls
- Follow-up during recruitment process
- Set up and animate a community of student ambassadors in our target schools and internal ambassadors (especially engineering profiles).

Manage school relations projects and be results-oriented, setting up and monitoring KPIs.

**Ideal Profile**:

- Studies in business or communications, event/marketing school
- Ability to adapt speech to different audiences (students versus school directors, executives).
- Ability to federate and reach out to others.
- Rigorous, organized and comfortable managing and coordinating events.
- Pro-active and team player attitude
- Good command of Pack Office
- Initial experience in managing school relations, in associative life or a J.E would be a plus.
- Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
