Knowledge Manager (H/F) - Paris - Neuilly-sur-Seine
Nous recherchons un(e) Knowledge Manager (H/F) pour un de nos clients basé sur Paris.
Vous disposez d'un bon relationnel et d'un sens client développé. Autonome et dynamique, vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'analyse et de capacité d'adaptation.
Vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe et mettez le sens du service au c?ur de votre mission.
Vos missions
Audit, conseil et stratégie Knowledge Management (KM)
Analyse criticité et maturité KM
Cartographie et digitalisation de processus
Capitalisation, transfert et conduite du changement
Analyse des besoins des clients et propositions de solutions
Accompagner les organisations dans leur processus de transformation digitale
Comprendre, recueillir et analyser les besoins des clients
Cadrage et construction de la cible des projets
**Garantir le reporting et la rédaction des documents**: analyses, synthèses, documents préparatoires, comptes rendus
Technical skills
Connaissance des outils de ticketing (Service Now)
Maitrise de l'anglais
Très bonne maitrise d'Excel et du Pack Office
Maitrise de Power BI
Certification ITIL
Soft skills
Organisation et capacité à prioriser
Diplomate
Bon médiateur
