**About the job**

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the Spa Department, the Spa Housekeeper Supervisor is in charge of supervisor the Spa Attendant team.

**As Spa Housekeeper Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties**:

- Supervise and communicate instructions to the spa cleaning teams and entire spa staff.
- Implement procedures and checklists, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of all spa areas (hammam, treatment rooms, common areas, lockers, showers, toilets, storage) and manage waste disposal.
- Ensure cleaning of fitness spaces and inner courtyard; supervise disinfection of spa equipment and small tools.
- Guarantee compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Manage the tea station and supply replenishment; oversee clean linen stocking for guests and therapists.
- Monitor inventory and linen condition, report any issues, coordinate daily restocking and ensure treatment rooms and work areas are reset and organized.

**As Spa Housekeeper Supervisor we expect from you**:

- You have a 2 years experience in a similar position within the upscale hospitality sector.
- Your interpersonal skills, active listening, and enthusiasm are true assets for this role.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Knowledge of Opera (PMS) is preferred.
