Zur Verstärkung unseres bundesweiten Teams suchen wir einen Associate Director Project Management (m/w/d).
Als Associate Director Project Management (m/w/d) bist du für die gesamte Durchführung der Feldarbeit im Rahmen unserer diversen Projekte verantwortlich. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen, um einen Projektplan zu entwickeln, Rekrutierungskanäle festzulegen, alle etwaigen Fragen zu klären und die gesamte Kommunikation zu koordinieren. Intern verwaltest du die Ressourcen des Unternehmens und stellst die Qualität, Pünktlichkeit und Präzision der Forschungsergebnisse sicher.
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Fachliche sowie disziplinarische Personalverantwortung
- Rekrutierung und Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter
- Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für den Vertrieb und die Facility Manager der anderen Standorte
- Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für andere Stellen im Unternehmen zu Themen des Core Projektmanagements (Schnittstelle zu Buchhaltung, IT, Sekretariat)
- Ressourcen-, Personal-, und Organisationsplanung der laufenden Projekte
- Planung und Koordination interner und externer Ressourcen
- Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von vereinbarten Prozessen (SOPs)
- Koordination externer Dienstleister (externe Übersetzer, Moderatoren etc.)
- Übernahme der Projekte zur zusätzlichen Verstärkung des Teams
- Eskalationsstelle für Kunden im Falle von Problemen
- Projektmanagement; Sichtung der Projektunterlagen, Abstimmung des Projektplans mit der Telefonzentrale und Assistenz
**Requirements**:
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts
- Sozial
- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften
- Erfahrung in der Leitung und Motivation eines Teams (6-8 Personen)
- Organisations
- und Koordinationstalent
- Ausgeprägter Teamgeist
- Fähigkeit zur Prioritätensetzung
- Hohes Maß an Selbstverantwortung
- Hohe Stressresistenz
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
