**Job description**:
As an **Operational Controlling Analyst intern**, you will be responsible for leading efforts associated with continuous improvement, risk assessment, and mitigation, as well as project management and quality assurance over various business processes. You will nurture innovation, creativity, performance, and research towards process optimization practices, and lead major improvement projects across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Data Reliability: Check the consistency of the database and ensure accuracy of reporting
- Reporting: Be in charge of providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the ExCom, as well as on-demand reporting to support business needs
- Analysis: Challenge the database, the demand of users to create dashboards and reports, integrate multiple data sources to create added value, and suggest different techniques to present data for better understanding of the topic.
- Action Plan proposition to improve the performance of the business / processes.
- Process Improvement: Initiate the process improvement cycle across the business by employing process improvement methodologies and innovative thinking, and follow-up on the proper implementation and closing of improvement opportunities until the final verification and closure.
- Project Management: Develop project plans in line with project management guidelines and closely follow-up with project owners and stakeholders to ensure the project is on track.
- Master Degree (PGE) from a business school majoring in Business/Finance/Accounting/Economics
- Fluent French and good English communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Meticulous, reliable, reactive, autonomous, having a critical eye and a good capacity to work and communicate in international teams
- Proficient with MS Excel (Pivot Table), Word/PPT
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during rapid business & digital transition
