THE ROLE

Guarantee the quality & timeline of the deliveries

Coordinate with Business, providers and other IT teams (Applicative, Architecture, Operations, Security ) to ensure IT enhancements/projects implementation (as contributor or lead)
Be engaged in ensuring the Quality Of Service for run, so as to support Business Continuity

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the deliveries on assigned applicative scope (RCAI, Cut-off management, projects.), as per related Business requirements
Follow up all realization activities/projects with a high quality of service
Coordinate activities around assigned applicative scope
Communicate with stakeholders from IT teams, providers, Business Departments
Reporting (status, risks, issues ) to the Domain Manager & other involved counterparts
Contribute to the IT strategy and support IT projects to serve CMA CGM objectives

QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE

Professional English fluently
Ability to manage priorities / Synthesis mind / Autonomy, reactivity & pro-activity / Good relationships & communication
Knowledge about process, techniques, standards and IT skills base related to software development/integration/maintenance activities - Office softwares use
Knowledge & experience on Project management methodologies & tools
Reporting preparation & diffusion, using multiple sources
Experience/knowledge on Shipping domain would be appreciated
