**Graduate Sales Representative - UberEats**
At UberEats, we're passionate about connecting people with the food they love, and as a Graduate Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in helping us grow our network of partner restaurants across France. This position is perfect for a driven graduate looking to kick-start their career in sales, while developing strong partnerships with some of the best independent restaurants in the country.
**Your Role**:
As a Graduate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with restaurant owners and showcasing the benefits of partnering with UberEats. Through dynamic pitches, negotiation, and business development strategies, you'll help to onboard top-quality restaurant partners and drive mutual growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Sales**:Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from identifying prospective partners to securing agreements and ensuring successful onboarding.
- **Strategic Negotiation**:Effectively negotiate contracts to build sustainable, win-win relationships with restaurants that meet their needs while advancing UberEats' mission.
- **Value Proposition**:Clearly articulate the unique value UberEats brings to restaurant partners, including our latest product offerings and market insights.
- **Collaborate for Success**:Work closely with internal teams to identify process improvements, contributing to Uber Eats' overall growth and operational efficiency.
- **Market Leadership**:Play a key role in restaurant selection within your designated area, ensuring we partner with establishments that meet our high standards and enhance our customer offering.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- A recent graduate (within the last year) with a passion for sales and business development.
- Fluency in English and French
- Work authorization in France
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders both over the phone and in person.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to learn.
- A demonstrated ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and build lasting partnerships.
- Highly organised with a knack for managing multiple tasks and priorities.
