You are joining our private debt infrastructure team at AEW, who is looking for a **Assistant Manager Debt Infrastructure** for **6 months** from **of October 2025**.

The team is present in Paris and Hong Kong. It currently includes about ten specialists in the management of funds or private debt mandates infrastructure. To date, the team manages 9 funds and mandates with a total amount of more than 3 billion euros in the infrastructure financing segment. The team continues its development through the setting up and marketing of new funds and mandates to institutional investors all over the world.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

- Prepare responses to calls for tender and customer pitches;
- Monitor portfolio transactions;
- Prepare market studies;
- Prepare investor reports;
- Participate in the drafting of investment committees;
- Intervene on cross-functional operations (data collection and processing, tool population).

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
Student at the Bac+4/5 level, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school) with a specialization in Finance. You are rigorous and autonomous, like to work in a team, and demonstrate great listening skills. Your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to ensure a 'cross-fluidity' within your environment. You know how to work in project mode. Flexible, motivated and dynamic, you appreciate the multitasking spirit of entrepreneurship. Your interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both in writing and orally, as well as in public, will be a real asset for success in this position.
