At BYREDO we come as we are, with the intention to learn from each other and go beyond business objectives. **ABOUT THE JOB** We’re looking for a **Byproduct (Fashion, Home, Lifestyle) Development & Purchasing** **Assistant** who will closely work with our **Senior Byproduct Project Manager**. As a member of our amazing Byproduct team, you will collaborate with the members of Byproduct team, internal Byredo teams and external suppliers to assist on current and future product developments and 360 campaigns. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** **Product development & full 360 campaign projects** - Support the strategic thinking, develop an insightful product plan and build a strategic vision for the core business of the brand. - Contribute to the implementation of 360 package for the launch of our projects and coordinate different services (Studio, Press, GTM, VM ) to reach a great and complete launch. - Being the Key contact for assets requests and follow-up for all Byproduct projects on dedicated platforms. **Reporting and business intelligence** - Prepare benchmarks (online and in stores) to follow trends and best practices. - Minute reports for internal and external meetings. - Follow up product archives. **Analysis and monitoring** - Perform monthly analysis of the brand's performance. - Prepare market analyses and competitive intelligence reports (new launches, price positioning, store check...). - Report on creative intelligence: keeping an eye out on the latest creative trends (in cosmetics, design, lifestyle ) and update the team. **Product Development** - Contribute to current and future product development at all stages for: - Projects within the Byproduct category (permanent collections and drops). - Transversal projects linked to brand actuality (product launch, holiday activation ). **Project coordination** - Help the team in daily operational tasks necessary to lead the projects until the launch (parcels, pictures,). - This list is non-exhaustive and may vary depending on business priorities._ **Your key interlocutors for all the above** - Byproduct Team - Communications team - Studio **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER** - You are a Bachelor/Master student in a Business School or University with solid fashion or lifestyle awareness, looking for an end-of-study internship starting January 2025. - You can provide an internship agreement from your school/university. - You are fluent in English. **WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING TO BYREDO** - Your interpersonal and persuasion skills, along with a solid sense of rigor, will pave the road to success in this internship. - You have a marketing background (Image / Collection Plan / Collection merchandising etc.) - You are a Lifestyle and Leather objects enthusiast - Not only you are Passionate and able to adapt easily to any situation, but you also have a strong “project management” mindset. **OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU** - We will onboard you in our fantastic sensorial adventure. - You will work in a flexible and agile working environment, surrounded by great people. - You will be part of our lively Interns community. - We strongly encourage test & learn mindsets from our interns. - You will be able to know your impact and measure your success. **_
