**Reimagine What’s Possible**

We are seeking a **dynamic and visionary** Marketing Technology Leader to spearhead our initiatives in the Liquid Bulk and Energy Transition divisions. In this role, you will focus on two key areas**:driving technology growth in the liquid bulk and energy transition space**, and driving innovation development.

**As the Marketing Technology Leader you will**:

- ** Collaborate with cross-functional teams** to bring new technologies into the market effectively, enhancing our competitive edge and market presence.
- ** Manage and mentor a team of 6 direct reports** (located in Europe and Africa), fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
- This role will include **traveling** **2-3 days per week in Europe**.

**Key skills and experience required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required: advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience in technology marketing, innovation management, or a related field within the industrial gas or energy sectors.
- ** Strong leadership skills** with experience managing and developing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and driving change.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on both driving technology advancements and market commercialization.
