The **Project Management Officer (PMO)** provides support and structure to the setup and execution of projects and important Executive Committee meetings. Working closely to the C-suite, he/she supports cross-functional projects and strategic meetings, through efficient project management methodologies, resource and planning coordination, excellent communication flows management and high-quality reporting and presentations.

He/She ensures coordination and efficiency on projects to be delivered by Operations, Commercial, and Support Functions.

He/she supports CEO and other Senior Executives in preparing high quality presentations and reports for our board of directors and selected strategic customer meetings.

He/she establishes, rolls out and trains on project management guidelines. Guidelines will come in the form of project templates, standardized processes, education, and methodology recommendations.

He/she supports CEO & CFO in monitoring the project portfolio.
This function is new in the organization. The new PMO will have to define and communicate the standards, processes, and guidelines.
- **Education / diplomas**:
Business School or similar.
- **Professional background**:
2-3 years professional experience in top management consulting or as a PMO of a Private Equity backed company or similar. International background / internationally mobile.

Experience in managing projects and project management tools.
- **Languages**:
Excellent communication skills in English, other languages are a plus.
- **Tools & software**:
Fully proficient in MS suite, strong PowerPoint, and Project Management tools. At ease with digital tools.
- **Soft skills**:

- Advanced influencing skills without the power of the hierarchy
- Strong communicator in both oral and written communication in English, able to approach senior managers using appropriate level of detail, terminology, and style
- Agile, can operate in different cultural contexts and able to deal with uncertainty
- Structured, organized with attention to details
- Able to deal with high confidentiality matters
- Creativity
