Nous recherchons pour notre client, Maison de Luxe appartenant à un grand groupe, son nouveau Directeur de Flagship à Paris.
Vos missions seront principalement:
- du développement de la Retail excellence;
- d’accompagner les équipes dans la stratégie de Clienteling de la Maison;
- de fédérer une équipe importante;
- de favoriser le changement grâce à votre leadership.
Relever ce challenge sera pour vous, l’opportunité de déployer votre expertise au sein d’une Maison désirable et dynamique où vous pourrez faire preuve d’autonomie et où sera saluée votre capacité à bâtir un équilibre d’équipe.
**Profil**:
- Vous avez une expérience réussie de direction boutique dans l'univers du Luxe de 5 ans minimum;
- Vous managez des équipes de plus de 20 personnes;
- Vous êtes rompu aux stratégies de clienteling et à leur mise en action;
- Vous êtes doté d'un leadership managérial et d’une capacité à fédérer;
- Vous avez une maîtrise totale des codes du Luxe et une grande culture mode;
- Vous êtes proactif et disposez d’un esprit entrepreneurial;
- Vous avez une bonne communication et êtes capable de créer une relation de confiance;
- Vous parlez couramment anglais.
