Nous accompagnons nos clients dans le suivi et l’optimisation de leur budget en leur proposant des solutions adaptées à leurs enjeux métiers, dont le contract management fait partie.

**Contexte de la mission**

Dans le cadre d’un projet stratégique porté par une entreprise du secteur spatial, nous recherchons **un(e) consultant(e) Contract Manager** ou **un(e) acheteur(se) expérimenté(e)** ayant une forte sensibilité contractuelle pour contribuer à la sécurisation des engagements contractuels de nos partenaires et fournisseurs.

**Vos missions principales**

En tant que **Contract Manager**, vous interviendrez sur:

- Adapter et personnaliser les **modèles contractuels existants** en fonction du contexte projet, en lien avec les équipes opérationnelles et achats ;
- Collaborer étroitement avec le **service juridique en cas de clause complexe, risque ou litige potentiel** ;
- Participer à la **négociation des clauses contractuelles** avec les fournisseurs et prestataires ;
- Le suivi du cycle de vie contractuel, de la rédaction à la clôture, en lien avec les chefs de projet et les services juridiques ;
- Le déploiement d’outils de gestion contractuelle (contract mapping, plateforme de signature DocuSign, outils de suivi type Jira) ;
- La mise à jour de documents contractuels types et du référentiel contractuel (playbook) ;
- L’appui à la coordination des validations et signatures contractuelles ;
- La mise en œuvre d’un système d’archivage contractuel conforme aux standards internes ;
- La formation des équipes à la gestion contractuelle.

**Profil recherché**
- Diplôme Bac+5 en droit des affaires, achats, ingénierie;
- Expérience de 5 à 10 ans en contract management ou achats avec de la rédaction de contrat, de préférence dans un environnement industriel complexe (énergie, spatial, défense, infrastructure ) ;
- Connaissance des environnements projets et des outils de gestion documentaire
- **Anglais professionnel requis pour travailler dans un contexte international** ;
- Rigueur, sens de l’organisation, esprit d’analyse et bonnes capacités relationnelles.

Rémunération : 40 000,00€ à 45 000,00€ par an
