**Manager, Global Partner Enablement and Services**
Location: Sophia Antipolis, France, Prague, Czech Republic or Frankfurt, Germany - hybrid 3 days a week in the office
**Key Responsibilities**:
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Manager to build strong relationships with business partners and deliver best-in-class services to customers.
- Cultivate successful and trusted relationships with Channel Account Managers and selected services partners.
- Effectively manage and enable partners to execute Fortinet product implementations for customers across various industries globally.
- Take ownership and accountability for service delivery assurance, including requirements, design, quality assurance, deployment activities, customer & partner relationships, planning, milestones, and financials.
- Conceptualize and formulate best-of-breed solutions that effectively address key implementation objectives within the bounds of scope, schedule, and effort.
- Contribute to the product and services roadmap by providing active feedback from customers, partners, and implementation experience.
- Maintain effective internal relationships across all functions and drive change management, considering the interests and impact of all stakeholders.
- Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for partners to reach out to within Fortinet, providing robust and personalized implementation support throughout the program lifecycle.
- Champion company policies and processes, ensuring adherence within the team.
- Facilitate interactions, manage interdependencies, and resolve conflicts among all functional teams globally.
- Communicate key elements of the support and services programs and guide partners through the Partner Enablement phases of the Services Partner lifecycle.
- Build product and consulting services knowledge of Fortinet offerings and continuously develop partnership skills.
- Ramp up new partners through partner education, training, and effective onboarding.
- Implement partner performance management frameworks and conduct evaluations.
- Recommend initiatives to improve overall program performance.
**Skills and Attributes Requirements**:
- 8+ years of program management and technical background, with a solid understanding of security and internetworking.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong negotiation, oral communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with global enterprise and carrier environments.
- Proven experience in personnel management.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Able to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Flexible and adaptable during times of change.
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources.
- Self-driven and motivated individual.
**Educational and Experience Requirements**:
- Degree-level education in sales administration, business administration, or equivalent, with extensive experience in program management or a similar role.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
- PMI / PRINCE II / ITIL certification is a plus.
- Ability to set personal objectives, being self-driven for achievement and motivation
