**Your role**
As part of our growth within the cosmetic ingredients division, we are looking for a Business Sales Support to assist our teams in managing customer projects and supporting commercial activities. You will be a key operational support for sales managers and various internal stakeholders.
You will play a central role in ensuring smooth communication between our clients and internal teams. You will act as the conductor of commercial follow-up, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial documentation: create pro forma invoices and handle administrative tasks related to customer files.
- Act as the main point of contact for all customer requests (pricing, samples, technical information, etc.).
- Monitor customer projects in close collaboration with sales managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Update sales forecasts in our system based on data provided by customers.
- Handling data entering into our customers’ platforms.
- Coordinate internal teams (Techical support, product managers, regulatory, supply chain, quality,marketing) to effectively respond to specific customer requests.
- Structure and archive customer files to ensure optimal traceability.
- Assist sales managers with travel arrangements and preparation of necessary administrative documents.
- Being an interface internally between a customer and our services Supply Chain, Logistics (put in place contractual agreements for transport conditions, assessment of regional score card and Supply Chain performance in regions
- Monitoring of global price strategy in regions and global price coordination
- Handling and submission of tenders
- Ensure data management and regular update of date related to product portfolio within customer’s format and frame
- Internal follow-up of complains
- Coordiante, follow-up and up-date of réglementory topics, commercial leads and opportunities in order to maximize customers’ satisfaction,
- Participate in internal procedures and follow-ups related to sustainable sourcing, diversification, coding of new ingredients
- Participate in organisation of events and ensure support for customer’s presentations.
- Support the Key account manager in the reporting
**About you**
We are looking for an experienced professional with a higher education background in business or science, and solid knowledge of the cosmetic ingredients or chemical sector. You have at least five years of experience in a similar environment, where you demonstrated your ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with precision and efficiency.
Your customer service mindset is well recognized, as are your interpersonal skills and ability to communicate assertively, both internally and externally. You are organized, autonomous, and able to prioritize tasks in a demanding context.
Fluency in English is essential to thrive in our international environment. Experience with SAP is highly valued, as is familiarity with MS Office and an ERP system such as Salesforce or equivalent.
