Purpose of the role:
The commercial assistant supports the Global Category Leader / Global Account Manager (KAM) in his/her commercial activities, connects the different teams/departments and follows-up clients requests.
Main activities:
- Coordinates clients projects regarding price offers, samples requests, technical and regulatory documents, shipping, marketing support…
- As a synergistics duo, supports operationally the Global Category Leader / Global Account Manager in his/her commercial activities (organizes trips and meetings, coordinates with regions, …)
- Manages and follow-up clients requests and commercial data related to the account, including entering information in digital tools (PACE, EIS, SAP, Symportal, EDAC and also client's tools when needed)
- Supports the KAM in compiling and consolidating global data for the category (Sales, Budgets, …)
- Relations with other departments :
- Internal: sales, creation, development, labs, regulatory, marketing/CMI, R&D, supply chain…
- External: Key Account, customers support services, prospects...
Experience :
- Degree : BAC+2 BTS/DUT or Bachelor in Business, Sales, International trade
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a matrix environment
- Knowledge & interest in the fragrance industry will be an advantage
- Digital : Microsoft environment, Project management softwares such as PACE, EIS, EDAC and SAP, Social network and digital agility is a plus
- Fluent in French & English
