This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and to have a large impact on developing a technology that will have far-reaching impacts across biological sciences. **The Role**: We are looking for a Production Support Senior Manager to create, develop, lead and execute two critical activities or our operations: Production Support for the Reagent Manufacturing activities and New Product Introduction (NPI). - As **Production Support Leader**, you will be responsible for leading (and execute at some point) all reagent production projects (production capacity increase, process optimization, layout definition, new equipment implementation, continuous improvement) - As **NPI leader**, you will be the voice of Reagent Manufacturing into the New Product Development Core teams of DNA Script, working closely with Project Management, R&D, Product Development, Marketing & Quality teams to define, execute and secure all of the new product introduction in The position will report into the SVP Manufacturing & Supply Chain. **Main Responsibilities**: - As Production Support leader_:_ - Work in close collaboration with manufacturing teams to define and execute roadmap for production capacity project (capacity increase and/or production process optimization) - Support and structure the overall reagent production projects in both sites (France and US): installation of new equipment, transfer of activities, layout definition, lean - Support at defining and understanding the production capacities for all reagent production activities - Work in close collaboration with QC, QA and manufacturing at finding root cause to production deviation and defining, following and implementing corrective and preventive actions - Lead and coordinate all of the continuous optimization projects with the production teams - Support and animate the COGS calculation and optimization for reagent production - Report periodically summary results and defined KPIs to head of Manufacturing Operations - Promote a culture of collaboration, cooperation, cross functional inclusion, execution excellence, effective communication and cross-functional problem-solving to become a high-performing - As New Product Introduction leader_:_ - In close collaboration with Product Development & Production team, you will lead and support the New Product Introduction activities for Reagent Manufacturing Operations Department for every type of product used in the Syntax system ((Enzymes, Nucleotides, Resin/Plate and Buffers) - Be part of the DNA Script Project Core Team acting as Manufacturing Operations representative (be the voice of manufacturing and supply chain teams) - Be the go-to person for all new features or products to introduce into Production - Define, execute or support the execution of manufacturing and supply chain validation for every new product
