- Operation support entire SDLC lifecycle including Level 2 and Level 3 production support
- Assist with production deployments and test in the production environment
- Awareness about Incident Management, Problem management ,ITIL certified, change management and release management
- Domain : Telecom Service
- Methodologies : SAFE Agile, ITSM
- Tools : Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, GitLab, CI-CD build & deployment pipeline, Code Security Tools Sonar Cube,Checkmar
- Technologies worked on / exposure : Java, SpringBoot, JPA, Angular, PL/SQL, SOAP & REST API,PERL,,HTML,HTML + Scripting, JavaScript
- Good communication skills, continuous improvement mindset, team management with good interpersonal skills
