Si tu es un pro de l’organisation, que tu maîtrises la gestion du temps et que tu aimes coordonner une équipe pour garantir une expérience client fluide et rapide, viens rejoindre l’aventure Pizza Cosy
**Ta mission, si tu l’acceptes**
- Accueillir les clients et veiller à leur satisfaction sur la vente à emporter
- Manager et animer l’équipe en salle et en cuisine pour optimiser les temps de préparation
- Contrôler la rapidité et la qualité des pizzas à emporter : produits frais, cuisson parfaite, emballage soigné
- Gérer efficacement les commandes sur les plateformes de livraison et anticiper les pics d’activité pour éviter les temps d’attente
- Organiser le planning et les rotations pour assurer un service fluide et sans accroc
- Superviser les stocks, passer les commandes et faire les inventaires
- Garantir le respect des normes d’hygiène et sécurité (HACCP)
- Ouvrir et fermer le restaurant, gérer les caisses et assurer le bon fonctionnement du service
**Ton profil**
Manager expérimenté(e), tu sais piloter une équipe et optimiser les process
Sens aigu de l’organisation et de la gestion du temps, surtout sur les services à emporter et livraison
Excellente gestion du stress et des priorités dans un environnement dynamique
Passionné(e) par la qualité produit et la satisfaction client rapide
Disponible le week-end et en soirée
