Luminary Group is currently partnered with the world's leading Biotech that cares about inclusion and diversity, seeking a Sales Manager to drive the Systems Sales Division to support the very successful growth of their businesses across France. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, develop customized solutions, and exceed sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team while contributing to the growth and success of Luminary Group. **Responsibilities**: - Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers and Sales Support teammates. - Serve as a "multiplier" manager, ensuring that each team member has an individual development plan and providing regular coaching activities. - Implement the necessary tools and resources for the team's success and ensure that all team members receive specific training for their individual growth. - Regularly follow up on activities and ensure the quality of the team's skills. - Ensure continuity of departmental activities in the absence of employees. - Evaluate the existing sales organization and determine the optimal organizational design, strategic direction, and tactical implementation required to achieve revenue and growth goals. - Maintain excellent internal communication with other divisions such as Consumable Sales, Laboratory, Customer Service, Finance and Administration, and the European structure to exchange necessary information for business development and customer satisfaction. - Actively participate in sales and service meetings, staff meetings, as well as national, European, and international meetings to communicate the company's commercial strategy to the team. - Successfully achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned geography. - Develop the local Commercial Strategy and tactics through sales activities within the territory and ensure timely and high-quality sales reporting, including lead funnel and forecast, and business reviews using the Company's tools and software. - Set the commercial objectives for the team and manage the productivity of sales representatives. Continuously optimize qualitative and quantitative indicators to ensure revenue growth. - Participate in the development of the team's Action Plans, validate them, and ensure their proper execution while integrating the company's commercial strategy. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. - Proven track record of min. 5 years experience as a commercial leader with experience in coaching and developing teams. - Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving revenue targets. - Strong network of contacts and relationships within target industries. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients. - Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and propose innovative solutions. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sales projects and priorities simultaneously. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
