Foxintelligence by NIQ recherche un(une) **Growth & Influence Marketing Manager**

**Tes responsabilités au quotidien**:
**Marketing d’influence**

Ton rôle sera de déployer et analyser des campagnes d’influence sur les différents réseaux (Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch ). Cela comprend notamment:

- Identifier les profils les plus pertinents
- Négocier les budgets pour respecter nos contraintes de coûts d’acquisition
- Mettre en place des intégrations permettant de maximiser le ROI
- Avoir à cœur de tester de nouvelles intégrations, de nouvelles plateformes et de nouveaux dispositifs
- Analyse des résultats (reach, CPI, CPA ) et optimisation des campagnes en fonction

**Relations publiques**
- Développement de l’image de marque de nos services B2C à l’international
- Identification des journalistes pertinents
- Contact personnalisé et ciblé des journalistes
- Rédaction de communications personnalisées et créatives
- Coordination d’éventuelles agences de RP

**Social media**
- Déploiement de la stratégie de social media sur tous les réseaux pertinents
- Analyse des résultats
- Mise en place de campagne
- Superviser et développer le calendrier social media afin de faire grandir l’image de marque et la relation avec nos communautés

**Développement des partenariats entreprises, associations et personnalités**
- Identification des profils les plus pertinents et avec lesquels les synergies seraient les plus importantes
- Négociation des partenariats
- Création d’un réseau de partenaires

- Négociation et capacité de persuasion
- Esprit analytique et structuré

**Hard Skills**
- Expérience précédente dans le domaine avec du management
- Excellente capacité rédactionnelle
- Français & Anglais courant
- Maîtrise des outils de création de contenu visuel
