Notre Talent Acquisition, **Salomé HEMONT**, recrute actuellement pour l’un de ses clients, spécialisé dans le **_Freight Forwarding_**, un **Customer Service**, à **_Rouen_**, en **_CDI._**
**Vos missions**:
- **Gestion des cotations**: Élaboration et suivi des offres tarifaires pour les opérations d'importation, en coordination avec les équipes commerciales et les clients.
- ** Suivi opérationnel des dossiers** : Assurer le bon déroulement des opérations de transport, en coordination avec les différents intervenants logistiques et douaniers.
- ** Interface client** : Maintenir un contact régulier avec les clients pour les informer, les conseiller et résoudre tout litige ou réclamation éventuelle.
- ** Support commercial** : Préparation des supports commerciaux, relances, mises à jour des bases de données clients et suivi administratif des dossiers.
- ** Coordination interservices** : Collaboration étroite avec les différents services internes pour assurer une gestion efficace des flux et une qualité de service optimale.
**Profil recherché**:
Vous disposez des compétences suivantes:
- Formation supérieure en Transport International et /ou Supply Chain.
- Une première expérience dans le transit
- Anglais professionnel
