Finance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist the local finance manager in carrying out local accounting and tax-related work to ensure compliance with the fundamental requirements of local accounting and tax regulations;
- For local new business scenarios, collaborate with experts from the Group Accounting Management Department to output relevant accounting entries based on French GAAP accounting standards and their corresponding accounting entries under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), conduct local accounting in accordance with French GAAP and promptly output relevant financial statements, and at the same time, assist the Financial BP Manager in coordinating with external annual audits of the company;
- Financial response and collaborative coordination for local tax audits, DSP tax joint audits, and compliance audits by various government departments such as labor bureaus and transportation bureaus;
- Various risk reviews and controls related to internal control, such as local procurement bidding, review of requests for purchase requirements, support for calculations of relevant procurement ROI, contract review, etc., as well as appropriate budget control, review and control of expense reasonableness, and invoice compliance during daily reimbursement;
- Conduct and coordinate work such as inventory of local materials, low-value consumables, and Fixed Assets, and streamline and standardize the operation of the lean business-finance linkage process on the business side of the corresponding warehouse delivery end;
Job Requirements:

- At least two years of higher education in France (BTS Accounting or equivalent);
- Have at least 4 years of experience in accounting and tax filing related to the main company in France, and be familiar with French tax laws and accounting treatment;
- Proficient in relevant accounting ERP software, such as SAP and local financial accounting software, etc.;
- At least B2 level in written and spoken French, along with good Chinese language proficiency;

Pay: 41,989.31€ - 60,000.00€ per year
