**THE ROLE**:
The Transversal Project Manager in GEN -- Business Excellence Department is responsible for actively leading and contributing for transversal projects in Agencies Network. The position will lead project management, continuous improvements, deployment management, communication and change management with key stakeholders in HO and Agency network.

**RESPONSABILITIES**:
**Projects**: Leading, Contributing and implementing business projects in the agencies network which are transversal in nature.

**Transversal Process Management**: Manage or own selected transversal processes

**Change Management**: Manage change with related to project deployments and process improvement initiatives within GBS & agency network.

**Continuous Improvement**: Identify, Implement and Lead continuous improvement initiatives

**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
This role requires Project management, process management & Quality Management skills.

5-10 years of experience in the field of shipping & Logistics complimented by process expertise in agency or in GBS

Successful track record in areas of Project Management & Process Management

Demonstrated ability to execute continuous improvement initiatives and projects that integrate business objectives into accountable outcomes.

Acumen on Data Quality, Product Management & BI

Strong change management skills with influence and negotiation capabilities.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
