Fintech Senior Sales Director

Now, we're on the hunt for a highly motivated, skilled, and ambitious Fintech Senior Sales Executive to join our team.
**Role: Fintech Senior Sales Director**
Location: Paris, London or Germany (Partly remote).
**About the Role**:
In this role, you will leverage your consultative selling skills to engage with our prospects, articulating the value of our solutions, and driving deals to closure. You'll have the opportunity to lead the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing. Your expertise in Data Management/BI will enable you to quickly understand our solutions and their value propositions.
Your prime responsibilities will include:
- Mapping and identifying prospecting opportunities, finding relevant contact details via various channels
- Enhancing our CRM usage and efficiency by helping maintain and analyze our sales activities
- Analyzing competitors and potential partners within our data analytics ecosystem to determine our differentiation
- Arranging and preparing pitches and demos, understanding prospect pain points, and proposing targeted solutions
- Collaborating with marketing and sales colleagues to improve our product marketing pack
- Collecting and analyzing data analytics from our website and marketing materials to drive our sales process
**About You**
You're a self-starter with a strong sales process and methodology. You have a proven track record of exceeding targets and are used to being a top performer. Your experience outside of large corporates has given you the grit and flexibility necessary in a rapidly growing environment. Your network within the banking and FI ecosystem is extensive, and you have the gravitas to operate at a senior level.
