Yacht Insurance Administration

In this position of Yacht Insurance Administration, you will assist with all aspects of Insurance ranging from renewals, claims, queries on insurance coverage and related administration for our elite fleet of managed superyachts. You will act as a key team member providing daily administrative support to the Head of Yacht Insurance.
With your strong attention to detail, you will assist with the renewal procedure by ensuring to upload all policies onto our internal systems and that the policies are received in a timely manner.
You will also assist completing anti-fraud checks. You will provide support for ad hoc projects relating to claim submissions and claim procedures. Your excellent communication skills will serve you well in fostering strong relationships within the Y.CO Team and with various external stakeholders such brokers and crew. You will also actively participate in all Y.CO sponsored sustainability programs. This is a full-time position based in Monaco.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least two years experience in an administrative role is required
- Experience in an Insurance-related role would be advantageous
- Strong MS Office skills
- Previous experience in the Yachting Industry is a plus
