Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients leader dans son secteur un HRBP.

**Principales responsabilités**:
Déployer la stratégie RH et business de la société.

Conseiller et accompagner le Management sur la gestion des ressources humaines de son périmètre

Animer les processus recrutement, intégration, formation, évaluation de la performance, people review, politique salariale, rupture du contrat de travail, procédure disciplinaire,

Garantir le respect du cadre légal

Développement des collaborateurs

Gestion de la mobilité France et internationale

Gestion des carrières

Travailler activement à la mise en oeuvre des plans engagement auprès des équipes pour contribuer au développement du bien être au travail

Diffuser et s'assurer de la diffusion de l'information auprès des populations de son périmètre en relais de la Direction Relations Internes et Externes

Piloter ou participer à des projets de la DRH ou transversaux (FEJ, formation, sécurité, relations écoles, classification des emplois, organisation...)

**Compétences**:
Connaissance du cadre légal

Gestion de projets

Maitrise de l’environnement SAP RH

Connaissance des SIRH appliqués à la formation et à la gestion des talents

Maîtrise des dispositifs de professionnalisation et des techniques d’apprentissage

**Profil recherché**

Bac +5 avec spécialisation RH,

Vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans en tant que Responsable Ressources Humaines

Dynamisme, capacité d'adaptation, sens des priorités

Connaissance du droit du travail et des principes fondamentaux de l'administration RH

**La maîtrise de l'anglais est requise**
