**The Role**:
AMS is continuing its collaboration with **EssilorLuxottica** and is now looking for recruitment professionals ready to embrace new exiciting opportunity available now Join the team of imaginative and passionate professionals as a **Specialist Sourcing with French** to find the top talents for the client.

**EssilorLuxottica **is a leading provider of eyeglass lenses and frames. Formerly two separate companies —Essilor and Luxottica — the dynamic duo merged in late 2018 to create a powerhouse of all things optical. The company has a portfolio of more than 150 renowned brands (Ray-Ban, Oakley, Costa, Varilux and Crizal) spanning various categories, from frames, lenses and instruments to brick and mortar and digital distribution as well as mid-range to premium segments

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Developing an in-depth understanding of the job opening
- Building effective search strategies for each role
- Interpreting resourcing plans, define role requirements and developing innovative sourcing techniques (networking, headhunting, engaging passive talent via various world-class tools and platforms, e.g., LinkedIn)
- Managing clients’ expectations via direct contact with Recruiters and Hiring Managers
- Producing timely and accurate reports on recruitment activities
- Undertaking market research and mapping projects

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience of using direct sourcing techniques.
- Experience of working with recruitment systems (ATSs) would be an asset.
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken is a must.
