SEPHORA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Technology POS Tech Lead to take our Point-Of-Sale ecosystem to the next stage of innovation. In this role, you will take ownership
of POS functionnalities and POS related components,
working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and business-driven solutions

Reporting to the System Architect, you will collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders, including the Release Manager, Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams, as well as external vendors,**to deliver maximum value products. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that our systems align with business needs, providing stability and growth through innovative solutions;

As a POS Tech Lead, you’ll be responsible for the technical design, architecture, and security compliance of the systems within your scope. Leveraging your technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills, you will ensure that our POS components not only meet current business objectives but are also future-proofed for upcoming challenges.

Lead Projects (BUILD)**
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies.
- Analyze and understand business requirements.
- Collaborate on the creation of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Write clear and effective User Stories.
- Support the development and QA teams throughout the process.
- Plan and coordinate production deployments.
- ** Support Production Operations (RUN)**
- Analyze production incidents, contribute to their resolution, and monitor the implementation of fixes.
- Collaborate with and train support team.
- ** Become a recognized and trusted expert**
- Develop deep expertise in the POS components you manage, becoming a go-to resource for both technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Naturally curious and eager to learn.
- Autonomous and able to work independently.
- Meticulous in your attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output.
- Solid background in Point-of-Sale systems.
- Proven experience in Loyalty programs.
- Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
- Experience with Bitbucket and GCP is a plus.
- Strong expertise in SQL, BigQuery is a plus.
- Familiarity with APIs (Swagger, JSON).
- Experience with GCP logging tools and processes.
