If you’re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there’s only one choice.** **CDD 12 months - Senior Packaging Project Leader - Berocca Supradyn (W/M)** Our famous brands **:Berocca, Supradyn, Elevit **are looking for their future packaging project manager **WHAT WE CAN OFFER ?** - Consumer-focused **Innovation**: you will be focused on innovation & development in line with our sustainability goals for **worldwide launches** in the Dermatology (Bepanthen, Hydralin), Nutritionals (Berocca, Supradyn, Elevit) and Digestive Health (Rennie) categories. - Holistic packaging approach**:you will join a large packaging organization**, covering a broad spectrum of packaging expertise: product experience, design, innovation & development, artwork management, sustainability - Varied experience : you won’t be dedicated to packaging formats but to categories, hence working on a **vast variety of packaging technologies**: - Great place to work : you will work in our **newly redesigned development center**, with** in-house labs and pilot area** for on-site testing and packing at representative scale - **Collaboration** : you will be in proximity with the other technical teams (ex: formulation) for a joint development. - **International** environment: your partners are located worldwide (Basel, Europe, Asia, Latin America, US ) hence working in English is part of your daily routine - A great **team spirit**. - Development opportunities within the larger organization **YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - Assume **holistic approach to all packaging initiatives**; considering the shopper and user journey (shelf impact and in-use experience), as well as key customer, channel, brand, financial, technical, and LegalMedicalRegulatory compliance success factors. - Assume end-to-end (idea to 6m post launch) remit for pipeline innovations and design renovations, accountabilities including; - Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary packaging - Delivery to project success factors (above) + on time and at target quality - Protect innovation and defend vs competition with meaningful IP - Effective technical transfer to the Factory / CMO team upon stable production - **Possess technical leadership to confidently own and drive multiple initiatives with high degree of technical complexity and stakeholder management** - **Demonstrate strategic thinking and ability to proactively identify opportunity areas within functional remit; either process or packaging driven** - Partner with the category innovation leads (GCBU, R&D) and all functional team members to ensure holistic approach and understanding of project needs and adherence to requirements. - In collaboration with Procurement, develop key external partnerships to ensure best fit for project needs, as well as maintaining awareness of ‘new-to-world’ packaging material, process, and functional Innovations - **Lead by example as a role model for innovation within the Design&Packaging community** - Develop, propose and drive execution of packaging innovation roadmaps, identify and develop new packaging and technology programs to achieve significant IP position **YOUR PROFIL** Education**: Packaging Engineering (or related field) Bachelors Degree (or equivalent.) with min. 10 years experience, Master’s Degree (or equivalent.) with 6 min. years experience.** Experience: A proven track record in managing ‘holistic’ packaging development, including the creation, development and delivery of ownable structural and functional consumer impactful packaging innovations, resulting in notable commercial impact. Consumer healthcare experience preferred.
