Api IT Business Analyst

YOUR ROLE
As a Business Analyst on the B2B API platform, you will be responsible to analyze all the API related requirements in shipping domain, validate and come-up with strongly reliable, stable and well performing solution with long term vision in sight.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
- Collect API requirements from business and challenge them.
- Provide expertise during the scoping phase, validate the requirements.
- Produce solution designs according to architectural patterns
- Produce API Designs using the OpenAPI standard
- Ensure the design and solutions are per CMA CGM API standards.
- Supervise each stage of the API lifecycle, from design to decommissioning.
- Perform internal validation testing before user acceptance phase.
- Implement security protocols to protect data exchanged via APIs
- Ensure APIs are well-documented and developers have all necessary information for effective use.
- Work closely with DSCA organization for standards promotion, validation, and adoption.
- Monitor API performance to quickly detect and resolve issues.
- Monitor the performance of the system and occasionally lead action plans when it needs to be improved.
- Act as an API paradigm promoter within the organization.
- Occasionally engage in API Governance or internal advisory activity.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills (written and oral), excellent ability to understand business requirements and translating it into a design architecture that is robust, reliable and maintainable efficiently. You should build an effective working relationship with various stakeholders such as, business users, CMA CGM customers, Vendors and DSCA organization. You embrace the Agile approach in a DevOps environment.
**Skillsets**:

- 10+ experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner or Proxy-Product Owner in which 5+ years working experience in designing successful API solutions.
- Proven track record in managing multiple medium-to-complex IT projects with business users and internal IT team working together collectively to deliver results.
- Experience in designing and deploying APIs with Open AI specifications.
- Good knowledge on JIRA, GITLAB, POSTMAN, INSOMNIA, KONG and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Elastic Search, Kibana.
- Strong knowledge of shipping domain / supply chain / logistic.
- Ability to take initiatives and work in autonomy.
- International environment, strong English skills, French a plus
