**Ta mission**
- **Support & Fiabilité des APIs**: assurer le support, le monitoring et la fiabilité des APIs existantes - vous serez garant que tout _roule_ (logs, alertes, performance, incidents).
- **Architecture & Optimisation**: améliorer l’architecture des APIs (refactoring, optimisation, sécurité, scalabilité) pour une plateforme toujours plus robuste.
- **Intégrations Tierces**: créer de nouvelles connexions avec des outils tiers (CRM, ATS, VoIP, stockage, etc.) afin que Noota s’intègre parfaitement dans l’écosystème de nos clients.
- **Interface Technique Partenaires**: faire le lien avec les équipes techniques de partenaires externes : comprendre leur stack, négocier les spécifications, assurer les intégrations dans leur tempo.

**Profil recherché**
- **Expertise Python**: tu maîtrises Python (idéalement le framework FastAPI), ou tu es prêt à en devenir expert.
- **Qualité & Proactivité**: rigoureux sur la qualité du code, la sécurité et la gestion des erreurs - tu anticipes les problèmes au lieu de les subir.
- **Esprit Analyse & Debug**: tu aimes diagnostiquer, remonter les bugs, analyser les logs et améliorer ce qui cloche tant qu’il y a moyen de faire mieux.
- **Intégrations APIs**: tu as une expérience (professionnelle, personnelle ou académique) des intégrations via des APIs et du travail avec des outils tiers.

**Ce qui fait la différence**
- Expérience avec Python asynchrone (async), Pydantic, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, GCP.
- Maîtrise des bonnes pratiques de monitoring et d’observabilité (métriques, logs, alertes).
- Excellentes capacités de communication avec des équipes techniques externes.
