The role requires a highly proactive and self-governed person, result driven with a good knowledge of the Automotive and Semiconductors industries. **What's on Offer**: Apart from working in an open, relaxed and collaborative space, you will enjoy: - Salary, stock and performance related bonus - Maternity/Paternity Leave - Employee stock purchase scheme - Matching pension scheme - Education Assistance - Relocation and immigration support - Life, Medical, Income and Travel Insurance **Equal Opportunities & Equal Pay**: We are an Equal Opportunity employer; all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any protected classification. **Minimum Qualifications**: - Significant experience in semiconductors industry dealing with automotive car OEMs, tier 1 or tier 2 suppliers. - Experience and network with French car manufacturers. - Relevant experience in the automotive semiconductor SoC industry. **Key responsibilities will include**: - France Automotive OEMs, managing and developing existing and new relationships with relevant customer teams on all hierarchy levels, - Understand the customer organization, identify the key players and decision makers. - Promote and position Qualcomm automotive product portfolio (wireless telematics & connectivity, infotainment & car compute, ADAS and autonomous driving) from concept phase through RFIs/RFQs to design win. - Identify concrete business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to win - Drive combined commercial, technical, and competitive positioning of Qualcomm products in close collaboration with regional product marketing and product management in headquarters. - Handle all commercial and contractual aspects with customer. - Manage forecasts and revenue. **Requirements**: - Experience in telematics and/or infotainment and/or ADAS/autonomous driving, even better in a combination thereof - Overall understanding of system solutions, hardware, and software - Knowledge in wireless communication/modems and or connectivity are an advantage - Strong relationship building and influencing skills at all hierarchy levels - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills (French and English) - Strong team player working in an international team. - Available for frequent customers visit and occasionally travel to US. - Resilient, with a good sense of challenge, team spirit and humor Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer and supports workforce diversity.
