In a context of complex, multi-country operational execution and transformation, this position is essential to support the Chief Risk and Technical Officer in managing and maximizing the performance of the Risk Management & TEX & Security function in line with our SCALE UP strategy, while respecting deadlines, costs and quality.
- DIMENSION OF THE ROLE_

This position provides essential support to the Chief Risk & Technical Officer by working closely with her on day-to-day activities, managing certain key initiatives and ensuring effective communication and coordination between teams and with different departments. The EA liaises between the leader and other team members, helps prioritize and steer important projects, and ensures that the function operates in line with cost expectations (adherence to budgets, FTE trajectory vs. strategic plan). He plays a key role in streamlining operations, driving organizational priorities and supporting the overall effectiveness of the function's management team.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES_

**Management support**
- In partnership with the Personal Assistant, anticipate the needs of the Head of Department: ensure that the content of all meetings is prepared, communications are drafted, priorities are prioritized and managed, documents are stored and archived.
- Coordinate and manage team governance, including preparation of agendas, presentations, recording and tracking of actions, tracking and monitoring achievement of objectives, passing on information, coordinating requests for information and any other support required.
- Ensure that meetings are conducted efficiently in terms of content, timing and results.
- In collaboration with the management team, prepare strategic or operational notes and presentations for various audiences: functional SLT, anticipate and review documents presented to the AXA Partners Executive Committee; work closely with teams on topics of common interest to ensure effective preparation of meetings and presentation material.
- Ensure that decisions taken are monitored and implemented effectively, and that all stakeholders are kept informed of decisions and actions in a timely manner.
- Provide regular input on ways to clarify governance and improve the effectiveness of the function.

**Finance**
- Ensure adequate ambition in line with investments and monitor execution and performance.
- Coordinate schedules for the function's strategic plan exercise and budget development with HR and Finance.
- Coordinate the timing of budgets, targets, forecasts and strategic plan monitoring, in collaboration with all direct reports, HR and Finance.

**Communication**
- Develop and implement the Risk Management & TEX & Security communication plan in collaboration with senior management and other key stakeholders such as the global HRBP, transformation and change teams, communication teams, local management and champions.
- Support the Head of Risk Management &TEX & Security in communicating with teams worldwide through multiple channels.
- Organize off-site management meetings in collaboration with HR, public meetings, seminars and events to ensure a strong communication approach from management.
- Contribute to improving communication on our transformation and business activities.
- Keep the function's organization chart up to date.

This role is flexible and can evolve to cover a wide range of topics depending on the needs of the organization.

The post holder will support the Risk Management &TEX & Security Manager in dealing with AXA Group stakeholders (GRM, GUO, Group Security...).

**Your Profile**
- Proven track record in program/project management. Good understanding of change management.
- Project orientation with the ability to learn and embrace continuous improvement in processes and approach to implementation.
- Experience of working internationally across multiple functions in a matrix organisation.
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a rapidly changing environment.
- Highly effective communication skills, with the ability to adapt to local cultures and contexts.
- Advanced level of analysis and synthesis.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to adapt to different leadership styles while ensuring impact.
- Ability to work with teams without hierarchical authority thanks to strong influencing skills.
